For Attorneys — Let Ada Handle the Status Calls
Your clients call for case updates. You check PACER. Nothing new happened. You still bill fifteen minutes. Everyone loses time and trust.
Ada monitors your client’s federal docket and sends them a plain-English summary at 5 AM when something changes. When nothing happens, they wake up to clarity instead of anxiety — and you field fewer low-value “status check” calls.
Consumer education pages such as checking case status and what PACER costs help clients understand why you are not ignoring them — the docket really was quiet.
How it works
- Send your client this link pattern:
ada5am.com/case/plus their docket slug (for example, the path after you open their case on Ada). - They enter their email and watch the case — free.
- Ada explains new filings in everyday language (English, Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, French, Hindi, and Farsi at the time of this writing).
- They call you when something actually requires judgment, strategy, or advocacy.
Ethics and boundaries
Ada is not a substitute for legal counsel. It does not file motions, negotiate settlements, or appear in court. It is a client communication and monitoring tool built on public records — useful between real conversations with you.
You remain responsible for advice, strategy, and compliance. Ada does not create an attorney–client relationship with your client.
Professional tier
Teams that need unlimited cases and EA workflows use Ada’s professional offering. Most solo and consumer-facing attorneys start by simply sharing the public case URL.
Clients can use the Send to my lawyer button on the case page to email you a short, neutral explanation of what Ada is — useful when they discover the tool before telling you.
